Office Assistant

 

Job Description:

Seeking an Office Assistant. Work will involve a a wide range of day-to-day activities including light manufacturing, customer service, sales and accounting roles. Ability to ensure all aspects of these tasks are handled accurately; follow-up and attention to details a must.

 

Duties include: 

  • Purchasing and assembly of product to maintain inventory levels
  • Filling and shipping customer orders; filing invoice documents
  • Communications with vendors and customers; generating reports
  • Misc. Office and Product(s) support requirements as needed

 

Job Requirements:

Business or related associates degree desired, but not required.  Must have working knowledge of Excel, Word and other general office software.  QuickBooks software and bookkeeping experience a plus.
